Storage Duration

The data processed for the aforementioned purposes is stored for a period of 14 days after the last visit and is then automatically deleted, unless security-relevant events require longer retention.

Storage Duration

The data is stored for the duration of processing your request and for the duration of a possible contract initiation. If no contractual relationship is established, the data will be deleted after no later than 12 months in accordance with the applicable deletion routines, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

6. Application Form. "Apply Now" on the Website www.jobs.lmt-personal.at

General

LMT processes data on the website by means of the "Apply now" application form.

Purpose of Processing

The personal data is processed for the purpose of carrying out an application procedure, in particular for assessing professional and personal suitability, contacting the applicant and, where applicable, establishing an employment relationship.

Legal Basis

Data processing by LMT is based on the legal basis of explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR, Art. 9 (2) lit. a GDPR, the performance of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, as well as legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR following a balancing of interests.

For the retention of your application documents and inclusion in our talent pool, we require your explicit consent and obtain this separately for a defined period.

You have the option to revoke the consent you have given at any time by contacting the controller by e-mail or telephone. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The aforementioned personal data is necessary to carry out the application process. Without this data, this cannot be ensured, or an application is not possible.

Storage Duration

The data processed for the aforementioned purposes is generally stored for a period of 7 months after the end of the application process or until withdrawal of consent on the basis of the applicable legal provisions and then deleted, provided that the application process does not result in employment.

In the event of explicit consent for the retention of your applicant data, this data will be stored for a defined period communicated to you in the consent declaration or until withdrawal of consent and then deleted.

As part of the application process, personal data may also be transmitted to potential clients or assignment companies of LMT Personal GmbH to the extent necessary for carrying out an application procedure or arranging an employment relationship. You have the option to revoke the consent you have given at any time by contacting the controller by e-mail or telephone. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Storage Duration

The data processed for the aforementioned purposes is either deleted immediately after your request has been handled or stored with regard to any further processing and deleted in the event of withdrawal of your consent. In addition, the data necessary for compliance with statutory provisions is stored.

Data processing by LMT is based on the legal basis of contract performance pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

The aforementioned personal data is necessary for contract performance. Without this data, the necessary work clothing cannot be provided.

Storage Duration

The data processed for the aforementioned purposes is generally stored by us for the duration of the existing employment relationship and then deleted.

In addition, the data required for payroll and tax law purposes is stored for a period of 7 years and then deleted.

The aforementioned personal data is necessary for fulfilling the legal and contractual requirements. Without this data, the vacation entitlement cannot be fulfilled.

Storage Duration

The data processed for the aforementioned purposes is generally stored for the duration of the existing employment relationship and then deleted.

In addition, the data required for payroll and tax law purposes is stored for a period of 7 years and then deleted.

Legal Basis

Data processing by LMT is based on the legal basis of contract performance pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR of the existing employment relationship, as well as the legal basis pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR in conjunction with the Continued Remuneration Act (EFZG) and the Salaried Employees Act (ANG).

The aforementioned personal data is necessary to fulfill legal and contractual obligations in connection with sick leave. Without this data, the sick leave notification cannot be processed properly.

Storage Duration

The data processed for the aforementioned purposes is generally stored for the duration of the existing employment relationship and then deleted.

In addition, the data required for payroll and tax law purposes is stored for a period of 7 years and then deleted.

Legal Basis

Data processing by LMT is based on the legal bases of contract performance pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, the legal basis pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR in conjunction with the Employment of Foreign Nationals Act (AuslBG) and collective agreement, as well as explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR and Art. 9 (2) lit. a GDPR.

You have the option to revoke the consent you have given at any time by contacting the controller by e-mail or telephone. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The aforementioned personal data is necessary to fulfill the legal and contractual requirements. Without this data, the application or employment relationship cannot be fulfilled.

Storage Duration

If no employment relationship is established, the data is stored for the duration of the application procedure and for a further 7 months and then deleted.

In the event of an employment relationship, the data is stored for the duration of the employment relationship, as well as the storage of strictly necessary data within the framework of statutory retention obligations, in particular for 7 years pursuant to tax and corporate law provisions.

Recipients

The data is transmitted by LMT to IT and hosting service providers and, in the event of an employment relationship, to the Austrian Health Insurance Fund.

LMT processes data via social media ads through IT service providers for the generation, collection and management of applicant inquiries.

The personal data is processed for the purpose of recording, handling and managing applicant inquiries, carrying out pre-contractual measures, pre-selecting suitable candidates, contacting them as part of the application process, and for the internal organization and documentation of the application procedure.

Legal Basis

Data processing by LMT is based on the legal basis of contract performance or pre-contract and pre-contractual measures carried out at the request of the data subject pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, or on the legitimate interest in the efficient generation of applicants for advertised positions pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Storage Duration

The personal data is stored for the duration of processing your request, its completion or the duration of the application procedure. In addition, the necessary data is retained for 7 months after completion of the application procedure in fulfillment of statutory provisions and then deleted.

Data Source

The data is transmitted to LMT by IT and hosting service providers as well as social media providers. Appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 14 (1) lit. f consist of agreed standard contractual clauses or Meta Platforms' membership in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
