We are recruiting for our client in the food production sector, an established and regionally rooted company with modern production technology and clearly structured processes. The company stands for quality, hygiene, and sustainable production of meat and sausage products. It is not a slaughterhouse.
Preparation of meat, spices, and other ingredients according to recipe and batch specifications
Processing of raw materials into sausage mixture
Operation and monitoring of modern production equipment (e.g., cutter, mixer)
Documentation of process steps and batch numbers in the system
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
Structured onboarding in a modern production environment
Long-term full-time position with regulated working hours

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement and depends on qualifications, experience, and the area of assignment, but will be at least €13,90 gross per hour.
