As a Recruiter at LMT Personal, I specialize in the recruitment and placement of skilled and unskilled workers in the production and industrial sector. My focus is on the professional support of international candidates, particularly from Romanian- and Hungarian-speaking countries.

Thanks to my language skills in Romanian, Hungarian, and German, I ensure that candidates fully understand the entire recruitment and assignment process – from the first point of contact to a successful start of work in Austria.

About the job

  • Active recruitment and pre-selection of candidates from Romania and Hungary

  • Conducting interviews in the candidates’ native language

  • Clear explanation of job tasks, working conditions, and general requirements

  • Close cooperation with client companies in Austria

  • Ongoing support and assistance for employees during their assignment
