To further expand our recruiting team, we are looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) for an internal position at LMT Personal in Wels.

In this role, you will guide applicants in a structured manner throughout the entire recruiting process and maintain ongoing communication with internal contacts. Clear communication, transparent information, and reliability are key components of the daily work.

The position is permanent and is aimed at individuals with very good German and Romanian language skills, as well as a confident approach to working with different cultural backgrounds.

  • Supporting applicants throughout the entire recruiting process

  • Conducting initial interviews and maintaining ongoing communication with candidates

  • Coordinating with internal contacts regarding open positions and requirements

  • Maintaining and structuring applicant documentation

  • Ensuring transparent and reliable information flow
