Cutting and trimming meat parts for bacon production
Preparing and processing raw materials according to internal quality standards
Curing, seasoning and further processing of meat products
Operating and monitoring production equipment
Carrying out quality and hygiene controls
Complying with applicable hygiene and safety regulations
Long-term employment in a stable production company
Structured onboarding and training

Completed training as a butcher or comparable qualification
Experience in meat processing, ideally in bacon or cured product production
Technical understanding in handling production machinery

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement and depends on qualifications, experience, and the area of assignment, but will be at least €17,50 gross per hour.
